Hi, you guys.
Seeing as I just returned to BYC two days ago after a 3.5-year leave, I wanted to see some of my old threads again from before I left. I was reading some of the things I posted, and now now I have to ask:
a) Do you guys have, like, your own language, and I just forgot about it???
(Seriously, 95% of my posts prior to two days ago are indecipherable now. I understand the things you all said to me- just not what I posted. Are there abbreviations that I need to know, or, like, chicken terms, or stuff from our games? Seriously, what did I miss while I was gone?)
b) How did you people put up with me for so long? Was it like this:
Seriously, I was like this smiley for most of my time here:
I've certainly come a long way, haven't I?
Also, I now want chickens again, thanks to you.
But since I know that's never going to happen, I'll just find an excuse to do another project about them or something. (I have to use this obsession somewhere.)
Do any of you ever look back at your old posts and then want to do this:
-FluffyColor... for the 2,180-something-th time.
P.S. Yes, I went emoticon-happy in this post. Forgive me. I've actually missed your emoticons, believe or not, and this is basically where I learned how to use them. I'll stop soon enough.

P.P.S. Don't worry, I'll eventually stop mentioning in every single one of my posts that I disappeared for years. I'll eventually become a lot less annoying, and then I can show you the mature, rational girl [I think] I am now.
P.P.P.S. Irony: Just as I was typing that stuff about the mature, rational girl I am now, I felt what I thought was a mouse under my desk and starting screaming and standing on top of the chair. Really, it a was a book under my feet. A book. Under. My. Feet.
