Hello, I am new to this group.. so hopefully I will do it correctly!  I am looking to buy a incubator 1588 w/egg turner.  Where is the best online place to purchase?  Also, where are some reputable places to buy eggs? Thanks, Melinda

You can get this directly from the manufacturers  at a decent price.

You might get it a little cheaper elsewhere, but the savings won't be great.

Buy eggs locally if you can. Shipped eggs vary a great deal in their hatchability. If not ... then the Forums here at BYC are a good place to start. Ebay can work, but be sure to carefully check feedback

Thanks for the information on the Genesis incubator 1588.  This seems to be a fun and helpful group.  Thanks, for the discount code.

I also bought mine from Home and Barn Basics and it was cheaper than the manufacturer too. I'm very pleased with mine and their service.

I got my first one from the manufacturer directly, but was a bit disappointed in how long it took them to ship it to me.

I got the second from Cutler's Supply
http://www.cutlersupply.com/store/item.1122.html

It was a bit cheaper and shipped much more quickly.

The home and  barn basics site isn't working for me. Can anyone help? Is that the right address?

There are too many breeds and varieties in the world to have them all... but its too hard just to choose a few.

Currently breeding Bantam Orpingtons, Anconas, White Faced Black Spanish, and RC Rhode Island Reds.  Also have Buff, Blue Swedish and Runner ducks along with Chinese Geese.

You can try ebay.  That is where I got mine.  It was brand new for $139 + shipping so basically $150 with the turner.

I also got some eggs from ebay and 9 of 12 hatched on my first attempt.
I got my eggs from this guy:

He has Ameraucanas, Wellsummers, and a couple types of Marans.
