In alagaesia riding a dragon!
I have a pullet who's beak is starting to cross, I got her mid march with several other chicks, the others are all doing fine though, i've had a crossed beak hen before but she died of an unknown sickness, along with several others of my flock. I just don't know how bad it really is, and if it could be stopped or fixed now. Sorry some of the pictures might be blurry or too bright.
I am also not sure if this is the right forum, but i've seen other threads about cross beaks on this forum.

The difference is hardly anything from the top, but you might be able to see how there's a bulge on the right side of her beak and it crosses out slightly on the bottom.

This one's too bright, but you can see how it curves out.

Here its a little easier to see the way it curves, her top beak seems to be developing fine, its the bottom that's having problems.

I opened her mouth to try and get a picture of how it curves, I first thought somehow she'd broken her beak or something and it was growing back with a bulge on the left (on the right in the picture) of her beak, but its curving in a C shape.

It's hard to tell but it curves in on the right side and bows out on the left.

I should probably say that while I am... sort of a newbie to chicken keeping, this is my third year of chicken keeping, i'm always looking to learn new things and I want to keep my birds as healthy and happy as possible.
