Another question for all you chicken lovers! I have a hen that has been sick for a couple of days. She just sits and looks miserable. I brought her in yesterday and soaked her in a warm bath, thinking maybe she had an egg stuck in her. While holding her, she was like drooling. I felt her crop and I could move it all over and heard swishing of like water. I massaged her crop and held her head down, and she started throwing up brown liquid. I thought I got most of it, but she is still feeling horrible and is still drooling. Please help; she has been with us 3 years and is such a sweetheart. I live in the city and cannot find a vet that treats chickens.......
