feather growing from eye lid

My tufted roman gosling has a feather growing from her upper inner eye lid. Great...how do I deal with that? Is this the geese equivalent to an ingrown eye lash? It looks a problem to just pluck because its fairly large and causing inflammation to the inner eye lid.
 
Geese have three eyelids: upper, lower, and inner eyelid. The latter is also called third eyelid or nictitating membrane. Feathers grow only on the upper and lower eyelids.

I'm assuming you mean either that she has a feather growing crookedly from her upper eyelid and into her eye, or that a loose feather is stuck in her inner eyelid. As you can see in this picture, the rim around her eyes should be totally bald. So either she has some kind of birth defect, causing the eye rim to be defect, or she has a loose (or partially loose) feather stuck in her eye beneath the inner eyelid.

If it's a loose feather, you can try letting her rinse it out herself in plenty of clean water. Geese and goslings need to be able to dunk their heads in water, with room to shake their heads, in order to cleanse their eyes and bills. If that doesn't work, or if you've already done that, take her to the vet. Same goes for if her eye rim is defect.
 
Its clearly growing and clearly a defect. I'd take a picture but this gosling is especially enamored of my phone. Pretty sure its something I don't have the ability to deal with myself, so a vet it is.
 
Hi. I raise Tufted Romans. The feather growing from the eye is a common fault I come across with my geese. It’s a birth defect and I cull my geese that have it. Don’t waste your money at a vet. If it bothers you, pluck it out, but it will constantly grow back. I don’t believe it bothers the goose in any way, it’s just unsightly.
