A friend recently gave me a turkey fryer ( works with peanut oil). I have tried looking for instructions on Pinterest but no luck :/ wondering if anyone could tell me how to fry a chicken in this and about how long? Thanks

Anyone?
3-4 minutes per pound, same as you do a turkey -- until they are a nice golden brown. We usually do 2-3 when we fry turkeys.
