Speckly Chicken, Seven Oaks in Alberta sells bails of 200 egg cartons (choice of the styrofoam or paper types). 780-471-1657, don't think they have an online store. Also, Farm Innovators makes a couple of great products for our winters. They have a heated Fount base for the galvanized waterers or a heated plastic fount. They also sell Thermo-cubes that you can plug a heat lamp into. The Thermo-cube will turn the heat bulb on at 2 degrees Celsius . Just make sure you double check and get the correct one as there are three different temperature range options. Farm Innovators products are available at most farm stores.
