I also like poppyseed dressing over the slaw. Now that is so quick and oh, so good. We love slaw on a hamburger!

Miller Household Cabbage Slaw consist of:
Chopped Cabbage - Mayo - a touch of lemon juice,
cherry tomatos cut into 4ths or halves depending on the size of the tomato and salt and pepper to taste.
If you want, you can crumble bacon or sprinkle bacon bits over it just before serving.
There never seems to be enough of this mixture around here. We use it as an alternative to salad a lot.

Slaw can be definitely versatile. I have made it with tomatoes in it and hot peppers chopped for little spice. Sometimes I like to add dill pickles and chopped apple, especially if I am using red cabbage for Christmas colors. If I use this combo I usually only use mayo for dressing.
MP you can actually buy slaw dogs here in Al. Of course I love Kraut too.
