My RR are around 3 years old I've been keeping a eye on them, but I've got 50 hen's, can't tell which one are still laying, anyone out there know how to tell?

Hi and welcome to BYC
Confinement/separation is generally the best way to narrow down who is/isn't producing. If you have several you are wondering about you could sub-divide your flock by keeping the questionable birds in one flock/pen and then narrow it from there as you either do or do not see them producing.
