My 7 week old partridge Silkie drinks water by pecking the surface instaed of sticking her beak in and sucking the water in. She drinks one drop at a time. I hope she's a pullet!

My rooster has to be the first one out of the coop in the morning. If any of the hens come out first he chases them around the coop until they go back in. Once he is satisfied that he has checked everything out they are allowed to come out.
