Indiana Chickenfest 2014

Hi all - looking forward to Chickenfest and meeting all of you!

Here is a place to collect info specific to Chickenfest.

Chickcrazed - I also like the idea of a public Google doc to compile any info that it shared.

So I will start by sharing what I plan on bringing again, Gluten Free Mac-N-Cheese and, yep I already forget what I said (how pathetic is that!) but some sort of Gluten free dessert! If I have enough tomatos ripe I will also bring some tomato fresh mozzarella salad.

For the pot lock I'm thinking a large garden salad with cheese on the side. I almost never have croutons so the salad would be gluten free. Then if there are not enough desserts, maybe some cookies. Other possibilities include nachos or another crockpot dish.

We are still hoping to be able to attend - may just bring a $$ donation towards food or ??, since im not sure about keeping anything refrigerated for a 4&1/2 hour trip.
We plan to bring some Iowa Blue hatching eggs to sell - hopefully all will work out with my work schedule to be able to attend

Ok all, I'm here too! Lol. My plans are to bring a crock pot of BBQ Beef and buns for that, a Four bean salad, and since others are going t b bringing cookies and whatnot my cake may not b needed as much as a meat dish so I've decided to bring a big crock of hot dog sauce and dogs n buns. Is any one else willing to bring chopped onions and maybe some ketchup, mustard and or other condiments for th dogs???

Can someone try out the link and see if they can add their info? I shared visibility but am not sure if I gave everyone the ability to change things. If you can't edit I will try to get people's stuff added.

I have the onion, and ketchup. I'll try to get to the store for mustard and relish. I need to make a run to Sams anyway.
