I have 3 Cayuga ducklings that are 7 weeks old. I also have 3 Muscovy ducklings the same age. It has become very apparent that 2 of the 3 Muscovy ducklings are male (very large feet, legs, body compared to 3rd duckling). With these three they are basically identical to me. They don't quack loud, they don't quack softly, it is somewhere in between. All three seem to have very similar builds, leg size, and feet. I believe they are most likely the same gender....whatever that is. Any opinions?

If they all sound the same then most likely you do have all the same gender. If they aren't extremely loud then I'm leaning more towards Drakes.

Welcome,
I noticed with my Cayugas that after about a month you will notice the difference in size, the females being smaller. I'm guessing that you have all males or all females, at 7 weeks you should see the size difference. After that the males will get the curly tail feathers. In my flock I have found the females are louder.......same holds true for ducks!

I am going to try to attach a video I took so you can hear what I mean. Maybe I am just confused :) So sorry about the mess in the video. We just had storms and high winds come through and we are still picking feed bags and debris up from around the yard, not to mention the ridiculous amounts of mud :(

2nd video is after they went into one of the houses and are fussing at me.
