I have two pullets I bought from Tractor Supply a few months ago. I plan on showing them next month but have no idea what breed they may be. Any help is greatly appreciated

@@ChickenPox Yes they are bantams. I've been looking at Belgian d'Uccles and comparing. The darker pullet (her name is Bear) might be a mottled Belgian d'Uccle. I've just been googling and comparing. I'm showing in just an open show at my local fair. No 4-H or FFA. This is my first year

They both look like cochins to me. I think D'uccles have beards? I need to learn more about bantam breeds, I'm just not sure. But they have the rounded, fluffy look of a Cochin. First bird is partridge, second bird doesn't seem to fit any color right off. Maybe a poorly colored laced? how about a side pic of that darker bird?

The second bird looks to me like that sort of color you get when you mix cuckoo with something like buff, washed out barring.

Both birds are pure bred. And I'm sure that they are pullets. Both are 4 months old.

Here's a side view of the darker pullet. She has a little bit of green coloring in her feathers

Unless you got them from a breeder the chances are that they could be mixes, especially since their from TSC. With that being said I believe that the black and white looks like a Cochin IMO as does the partridge looking one.
