Blue Laced Red Wyandottes when bred together produce three main color types: Blue/red feathers; black/red feathers; and splash which looks like white/red feathers. It's the genetic combination of dominant and recessive colors and there's actually a formula for it (and posted elsewhere in BYC) which will determine what percentage of what you'll get if you breed BLRW's together.
Yours are BLRW, but not the blue laced red coloring. It looks like you have splash, which do grow up to be very striking looking chickens. Go ahead and google Blue Laced Red Wyandotte and search the images and you'll see the variations.
