3 week welsummer.. boy or girl??

HI am new this ismy first post... could someone let me know if the welsummer in the picture is a boy or girl? When hatched it had the dark eyeliner and v so assumed girl but now at 3 weeks not so sure!

Hard to say. Looks suspiciously like a boy. Girls usually have lighter chest feathers at this age. The intense eye and attitude also suggest rooster. I'd give it more time to make sure. If a boy you will see red saddle feathers coming in soon. Good Luck.
