Question regarding hens and roos

So it looks like I have a ton of Roos, now what?

We know someone who keeps all their roosters together but that worries me, cuz I know they aren't very nice to each other.

Sounds like you are thinking of a "bachelor flock". Right now your boys are mixed with your girls, correct? The presence of females to fight over can contribute to the aggression you might be seeing at this point - you *may* find that when the boys are all on their own that would be reduced, but there is no guarantee that would happen. The best suggestion I can make, if you don't want to part with them, is to give it a try and see if they do continue to have infighting - if they settle down, you're good to go....if not, you can move on to butchering, re-homing, etc.
