Im showing an old English game for 4-h and Im wondering about which hand to hold the bird. someone told me left is this correct? Any help is appreciated. thanks

When I do showmanship, I carry the bird in my right hand. I don't think it really matters, though. Do whatever is most comfortable to you, but make sure that the bird faces left when you pose it.
As far as I know, there's no requirement. Most people hold the bird in their dominant hand.
