This RIR is supposedly around 14 weeks old and is MUCH larger than the other RIRs that are supposed to be the same age. The comb is much larger and the hen is overall darker, many more black feathers than the others. Any chance this is a roo?
 
My initial thought is that it looks like a hen to me. By 14 weeks, the boys should really have big combs on 'em. And from what I can tell (it's kinda hard for me to see though), those neck feathers look rounded.
