19 weeks is on the pretty early edge of time to expect eggs from them - of my three I had one lay right around 20 weeks, another right at 21 weeks and I am not sure if the third is or isn't laying yet but she wasn't as of last weekend (I'm better able to do a "stake out" to figure out who has joined in the laying fun on weekends as our flock has begun to lay -- we are up to 8 active layers, possibly 9 now - as I found a shell-less egg last night after our 8 had already laid - and I am not sure on who two of the 8 are as they started after last weekends IDs were made).
It will happen Mine didn't start until 22 weeks and 3 days haha Watch their combs and waddles for early signs. They're right there though so it shouldn't be too much longer.
My chicks are now 15 weeks and one of then is laying they are small now im wondering will the get bigger and if it takes so long is there something wrong with mine that she laid so soon are they good eggs can some one help me out here
Yes, the eggs get bigger as the hens mature. I have some who will occasionally lay a jumbo egg for me, but most are medium to large sized eggs. I'll get a double yolker once in a while too.
