One of six RIR smaller, no comb or wattles like the others?

We bought 6 Production Red pullets from TSC, they just started laying!! However, not everyone is laying.. we are only getting 3, 4, or sometimes 5 a day. One of the six has no red comb or wattle like the others.. They all look alike other than that and she is also slightly smaller. She was always a little smaller than the rest. Any ideas?
 
And they just started laying so I dont mean i expected for there to be 6 eggs, I just wonder if she will ever be able to make eggs at all.
My husband also told me today that when he fed them, she was picked on, so he gave her her own food dish, and she wouldnt eat from it.. hmm!
 
How old are they? There's a chance she's just a little behind. I definitely recommend multiple food and water stations. Sometimes lower ones are pushed away and they'll get stressed causing them not to lay.

She is very close in age to the others, they were all the same size when we bought them but over time she ended up being consistantly smaller. Be right back!

She just looks younger to me. but she could have been a little stunted due to bulling? Have you seen her getting pushed from the feed? is she thin?
