Bought two White Rooks from reputable person but they have white legs and porcelain white beaks. Could they be a different breed?

White rocks have yellow legs, so this could be a different breed.
X2, doesn't look like a Rock, do you know what kind of combs they have, and almost looks like face feathers?
How old are they? The legs almost look like they could be washed-out from laying.

Comb is same as our Barred Rock. Hatched 04/26
Not a Rock. Too leggy and lean built. What type of comb does it have, and is that a beard/muffs?
I'd be asking the seller what's up. Doesn't look reputable to me.
