Strange neck

Thank you. How often should i be giving her this sort of food roughly?

Also in the pet shop i found some treats called hen tastic and you get all different flavours. Are these any good or should i keep away?
 
Her feed should make up 90 % of her diet, and then give some of the selenium-rich foods if your vitamin supplement doesn't have selenium. I think this one has selenium:

Ooo ok thank you. On my way home from work i shall pop in to our local store to see whats avialable. Im just having problems getting her to eat her feed atm but will keep trying. We have a large garden and shes out in it all day so shes getting her own grub by eating bugs and what ever else she finds
