My hen has been sitting about twelve to thirteen days and I decided to candle some of the eggs really early this morning because I couldn't sleep. I could see obvious movement in some, but then I go to a few that had these dark masses in them that looked sort of like this crude drawing. The eggs are dark brown so I struggled to see veins in them, but could those masses be chicks? They don't look like yolks... (squiggles are me being lazy and not wanting to cover the full mass)
