I'm totally new to posting and hatching eggs. I've had chickens for a couple of years but never let them hatch out before. Immediate problem is that they are hatching as I type and I think the hen may be harming them. One baby is running around, but I found one with it's poor little head pecked in and like a fool I moved her to see what was going on underneath and there was a new wet baby down there. I'm freaking out. Should I take them away. The dead chick looked perfect.
I don't know what I'm doing!!!

I'd take them away and put them in a brooder.
