Good morning all! Hope everyone stays warm on this chilly day, ugh its like a slap in the face after the 70s early yesterday!

I'm watching my daughter run around with the ducklings follow her. Let them swim for a bit last night in the tub, they had a ball.

Hi, I'm pretty new too. Only have 2 week old chicks right now. I feel like our coop might be overdoing it too but I also feel like I want them to be as happy as possible. And protected. Plus I hear "chicken math" works a lot and my 10x12 coop will probably be just right in the long run.     welcome-byc.gif Kim

LOL! I try. This forum has helped tremendously. Even though sometimes it confuses me too. lol. I am battling the whole sand vs shavings in my head for the coop right now for when it's done. I have read wonderful pros and cons on both sides and guess I need to just try sand to see if it works for me and if not, go back to shavings. I really love all the people sharing their experiences on here though. smile.png
