I released the adults to free-range today.D.gif  Let's see what the hawks are doing......

Got rye and wheat bran breads rising.  droolin.gif

Guest room is ready for a new guest.  yippiechickie.gif

Gotta sweep and mop and get a shower before 1:00, then meet hubby at AT&T to get a phone that actually works.  tongue.gif

No chicken chores today.  Tomorrow is day 21 on the bantam eggs.  I've not hatched bantams before, but it's my understanding that a day early is normal for them, so we'll see!  jumpy.gif

I love the smilies.  thumbsup.gif

Meg and Chris, plus mastiffs Murphy, Jake and Reilly, and Great Dane Levi. Orpingtons, Welsummers, Ameraucanas, Barnevelders, Rosecomb Brown Leghorns, Cuckoo Marans, and a few turkeys, along with NZW rabbits, summer lambs or calves, and who knows what else.

well, Hollowoak, it's official, my kids are in love with your boys and puddles. Every time it rains they ask to go to your house to play in the puddles with your boys, and today they just heard a serve thunderstorm warning on the tv and asked if they could go to your house to play with the boys again!

silkies and (projects), sumatras, lakenvelders, frizzles, polish and (projects), black sexlinks, turkeys, red golden pheasants, Peepers, dogs, cats, fish, horses, wild kids, and one very understanding DH, come on over for a visit to the crazy farm

I told my hubby he missed a good show.  We'll just have to repeat it for him one day.  But you might want the kiddies in swimsuits first!

Ruth, I just wanna squeeze all their cuteness!!! LOVELY the little fluffies. Congrats on such a good hatch :D

Just wanted to come smile, a few months ago I got a BAD haircut and color and was flaming about it (it was insane flame red BAD). I've been waiting months wearing my hair up and in a bun most the time it was so bad, it would just go POOF no matter what I did. I stopped at a little hair place to get a trim until it finished growing out and that sweet woman did a little of this, a little of that, and walla... she fixed it really nice so its not a poofy mess any longer. I thought it would take a year to grow it all out, but she was amazing! And no special styling stuff, just my cheap little $13 trim and she did awesome!!!

You know me, I was so happy I wanted to cry!!! So thought I would share my smile story for today.

Now... off to weigh the meat birds, they are getting so chunky... but don't know if they'll be ready for processing next week now barnie.gif They need MORE chunk!!!  droolin.gif
