Because this is a thread where people post pictures of chicks that they think are roosters. I can see you're trying to figure out the gender of your chick. You can post pictures here if you want. :p

got this one at auction cause I liked the color. Thought it was big hen. Looks like comb was clipped and nubs where spurs would be. But no crowing. Rooster won't go near it. Hens won't go near it. What is it? Very docile luke a hen. Walks like a rooster.

It looks like a young rooster, probably around 5 months old. Likely why it was at the auction.
 
Pretty sure these are hens but I'll post pictures for the fun of it. I think this is at ten weeks?

My new purchased Orpington. (Not sure is she is blue or lavender) not sure exactly how old but she was supposed to be 8 weeks.
