My Seabright bantam is sitting on some eggs. Will she be a good mom?

my hen is sitting on her eggs and my other hen's eggs. my other hen is panicing. what do I do? are seabright bantams good moms?

Nobody can guarantee either yes or no, sorry. If her mother (and her father's mother) were good mums, and her grandmothers and grandfathers' mothers too, there's a decent chance she will also be a good mum, but still no guarantee.

You just have to watch her like a hawk and be ready to intervene at a moment's notice. If she hurts them or rejects them, take her word for it, don't hope things will get better, remove them immediately before she kills them.

There is no breed anyone can guarantee 100% will be good mothers or not, despite some over-generalized breed reviews stating otherwise... If someone starts raising them in artificial incubators and brooding them artificially, the maternal instinct rapidly fades out of the strain, so you can develop a nonmaternal family line out of what used to be a great maternal breed.
