You can always tell by the quack. If its a male it will be raspy, but if its a female it would be loud and well LOUD.

It's a male, that is a Raspy quack. See how it sounds like he has something caught in his throat?

First duck in this one is male, Second is female.

So.... About 2 weeks ago May laid her first egg.... Looks like he was a she after all!
