Please help. Cockerel or pullet?

I have 2 x 4 week old chicks. Is it too early to tell whether they are male or female?

1st one is an Easter Egger.

Next I have an Easter Egger/Buff Orpington mix.

To me, both birds are looking like pullets, especially the first one.

Pullets, but they are a little young to tell 100% right now.

Do you have any pictures of them standing with either side presented? It's hard to tell without seeing how they stand and hold their tails. From what you've posted, they look like pullets, but not sure.

I'll try to get pictures of their sides tomorrow. Mama hen is not very happy with me when I try to get a photo shoot. It would be great if they were pullets as this was our first successful hatch.

My general impression is that they are pullets as well. They will become more defined, one way or the other, as they get older! Pretty birds!
