(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?

I am not new to chickens and have had them off and on since i was 7.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?

My current flock is 11 strong.

(3) What breeds do you have?

I have a mix the only 2 i know for certain are a polish and a Buckeye.

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?

I found BYC while looking for new coop designs and feeders.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?

My other Hobbies include Singing and soon to be Metal smiting.

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.

Besides the chickens i have 4 ducks, 2 rabbits, 4 dogs, 5 cats, fish, and plan on getting some goats to help tame the back 3 acres of my yard.
 
Hello! I am not new to chickens either. I have had chickens for about five years. I right now have four chickens, but am planning to get more in February. I have buff Orpington and ameraucana chickens. I found out about BYC when I was looking to see how to tell if I had a hen or a rooster. My hobbies are reading, writing and playing tennis. I have 4 chickens, three dogs and hopefully soon getting a horse and some goats.

Yes, going into my second year

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?

Currently we have 13.

(3) What breeds do you have?

Buff Orpington, Black Australorp, White Leghorn, and one Orp x Leghorn.

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?

I found BYC while looking for advice on illness and egg eating and all sorts of issues haha

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?

My other hobbies include; horse back riding, sewing, carpentry, and drawing.

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.

I live out in the country with my boyfriend. He's the only one I know in the area besides a few neighbors so I rely on my critters for companionship when he's working later hours than me haha Besides the chickens we have two ducks and two dogs. We plan on getting a few more ducks, some Belgian horses, and a mini mule.
