So we have a variety of breeds and ages of chickens today we brought home a black Cochin hen and it seems to wanna fight with a few of the other hens what can I do we dont need bald chickens

It is normal for chickens to fight a little when they are first introduced. They have to establish the pecking order somehow. I would only get concerned about your Black Cochin hen fighting if she begins to draw blood or injures the birds in some other way. A few feathers may be lost, and she may chase a couple of other birds around, but in most cases, the pecking order is resolved in a few days.

However, if I were you, I would not have introduced your hen to the rest of your flock immediately. It is best to quarantine all new birds for at least 2 weeks before putting them in with other birds. Otherwise, you risk infecting your flock with a disease, carried by the new bird. If possible, I would remove your new Cochin from the flock, separate her as far away from them as you can, and at least watch her for a week. There are many stories of people who have had to cull their entire flock because they chose not to/didn't know to quarantine new birds.

Normally we do quarantine but we got the Cochin from our reg breeder and thanks hopefully they dont get to rough with each other

It does sound like your hen is trying to establish her place in the pecking order. That does not make her a "bad" hen. Just a strong-willed one, the way it sounds. Quarantine is a personal choice. If you trust your source, the chickens there all look healthy, your birds are healthy, I don't think it's quite as crucial as when you pick them up from an auction, sale, or unknown flock. I know some will disagree with me on this, and that's fine. This is just my personal opinion.
