I've been diagnosed with lung cancer which will result in my being incapacitated at some point in the future. My daughter said that the humane society would take the chickens if I pre-registered them. Does anyone know about this? I plan on posting on this blog but I'd like to check out some other 'rescue' scenarios. BTW, I am doing well and still have energy and love the life which my girls have given me and so much fun.
