When I poked the holes in the crust of pecan pie things I must have poke a hole straight through the el cheapo throw away containers....Thank gosh I placed it on to a cookie sheet.
One pie done...check.

Reminds me of the time my brother was cutting pizza in a metal cookie sheet-- not a cheap one but real metal-- all the while complaining about the crust being tough...Until he realized that he was cutting through the pan!
He was not allowed to cut pizza anymore!
All of the brown sugar pecan pie part leaked out...I might still be able to eat the cheesecake part so it's not a total disaster!I am so sorry!
