I made the first batch of Christmas cookies here. :D

Food Network inspired, I came up with a neat cookie with what I had.

For thanksgiving, we always just buy jellied cranberries, including this year. I got some cranberries the other day to make some cranberry bread...

The cookies were your basic sugar cookie recipe...check!

Homemade Cranberry Sauce...check!

Cream cheese frosting with brown sugar instead of powdered sugar...check!

Mini chocolate chips...check!

I put a sugar cookie down and piped a border of green cream cheese frosting, then I filled it in with cranberry saice, next I sandwiched another cookie on top, and put for frosting on, as well as some mini chocolate chips for pine cones!

So pretty!

Googled Emile Henry Ceramic Pot.....recommendations for pots that have never been used...1 inch milk in pot simmer 5 minutes let cool
before using.

I am going to do before I use for baking my bread. Will keep you posted and hopefully I can post the bread and the pot. Aria

Aria, King Arthur Flour sells Emile Henry items. Here's some info from their website on the crock/dutch oven:
