Desktop- can connect to existing monitor. The connection is hdmi. If the monitor does not have hdmi, then an adapter would be needed. You might want to get a new monitor with it. Keyboard mouse and printer will connect to usb.

Thanks to Ron, I made my first batch of sourdough today. Honey Spelt. I over proofed it and made a million other mistakes, but it turned out great. Taste is phenomenal! We're having Salisbury steak with mashed taters, gravy and salad for dinner tonight so the bread will be there to soak up any extra gravy. Thanks so much Ron.

Sounds like an old joke DH and I play on each other. When we have something new, the first person to take a bite tells the other it's horrible and they won't like it. :gig

Bread is like that with proofing and etc. Wild yeast can be tricky too since it is some times unruly. The honey spelt sourdough bread is one of my favorites.

Dinner sounds great! Tonight is home made pizza dough. I will get a picture of the dogh balloon I have on my counter and a picture of the yogurt I made yesterday
