I have homemade mac and cheese in the oven. I was going to pick greens and do a salad but it got dark on me! So it's either canned or frozen veggies. I wish we were on daylight savings time all year.

Well did it again got dinner made wanted to eat photos after not so good empty pans

I took yesterday off after a few 12 hour work days, so was feeling a bit lazy. Cheated and made frozen pizzas, although I did doctor them up a bit. However, I did at least make a menu for the next seven days, when I will actually cook - lol.

Ugh, 12 hour days are the worst! I'm hoping I won't have to do any more of these next summer at my job.
After those long work days, doctored up frozen pizza is ok!

Yeah, I work three 12-hour days a week (yuk), but that's how I roll - lol. However, the 4 days off every week is great!

I made homemade chicken and wild rice soup last night.
