I was thinking about using the biscuit dough recipe I usually use, but baking them. I love cappuccino frosting, and I think I will add sprinkles too.

I was thinking about a coffee glaze on the chocolate ones. Looking into how to accomplish that now.

Does anyone know what this root vegetable is or links for preparation? It looks like a sugar beet to me and I picked it up off the veggie truck from Mexico.

It weighs in at a little over 4 pounds/2 kilo would be more accurate.

I know some people on a garden forum who will probably know what it is. I can ask them if you would like.

My guess would be jicama.
