Not baking related either, but I wanted to show this. I have a pair of osprey nesting near my soon-to-be old house.
Judging by their behavior, incubation has begun.
Not baking related...wanted to share the beauty of my Anthurium Plant
...my daughter Deborah gifted it to me several years ago. Never heard of
the plant...the leaves develop RED and slowly turn green. I have it in

Hey folks, last loaf of bread I made, I made a boneheaded mistake. I figured it out with this loaf. If the top browns too quickly, put a foil cover over. But them I put my temp probe through the foil. Probe goes off, bread is raw... It's reading the foil temp not the bread temp.
