Any Home Bakers Here?

Now the Nuts tracking says it will be here tomorrow.

Made 2 loaves of KA Basic sourdough. Did them as one batch, the mixer didn't seem too happy. Probably will do two single recipes if I make two loaves in one day again. The starter also seemed somewhat runny so I didn't put much extra water in, recipe says .5 cup per loaf. Since I've made it a few times before I guess I have a fairly decent idea of how it should look and feel before rising and it does look like it came out well.

Gluten intolerant DD1 and her BF are going to show up from Canada Friday or Saturday which means no more gluten bread baking until they leave (whenever that is). Going to AGAIN attempt a Champlain, putting stuff together tonight. Hopefully I'll recognize "proper consistency" this time around so I don't have to kill it by adding flour after all the "folds".

I don't worry about the mixer unless it thermal overloads and turns off!
