Any Home Bakers Here?

Good morning, everyone! I am feeding my sourdough starter because I want to make a loaf or two every day for a couple of days so I can stock up the freezer. That way, when I don't feel like baking or don't have the time to do sourdough or a niece/nephew requests a loaf, we can just pull a loaf out of the freezer!

I'm also planning on making more of the imitation Texas Roadhouse rolls (they make amazing ham and cheese sliders). Maybe I should make a batch or two of cinnamon rolls for the freezer, too....

Goodness! Where did all this work come from? (Probably from being gone to the U.P. for a week). I'm glad I was already planning on doing this over multiple days! Otherwise... :th

Sounds like a good plan to get stuff made ahead!

I love having things in the freezer I can pull out at the last minute.

It if finally getting cool enough to bake in the big oven here! We are going to have highs in the 80s this week
 
Hello everyone i haven't had a chance to come in today :frow

I have got my first sourdough bread in the oven it's coming out in 15 minutes. I think I may have messed up a little but fingers crossed it'll be ok.
There was so much going on here that it was in the fridge for about 20 hours. I do hope the middle of the oven is ok.
