The apple pie is in the oven. No sugar. Maple syrup however. Trying the AIP cookie dough for the crust. Topping is also AIP it has coconut in it.

how long did you have it? mild cases usually last 2 weeks I have read. You said you had it last Thursday

To be honest, I’m not sure. I lost track. However, the test results came in on Thursday. I was sick before that, but I can’t remember how long I was sick.

Regardless, I am feeling much much better. I’m getting through it.

It’s this one. The pie turned out really well. I’ll probably cook the apples a little first as the dough cooks quick. We put maple syrup in the apples, this pie is AIP as is the cookie dough.

It’s fragile as a crust but was delicious. The girls say it dissolves into the pie. Tastes good but they didn’t get crust. I did it more as an experiment would be worth cooking the dough first then combining all precooked ingredients.

Pretty please?

It’s a website also paleo/aip, type in the food type you are cooking with and many recipes pop up with ideas/recipes on what to make. Avocado typed in will bring up many ways to use avocado Paleo and AIP. There's an avocado dressing that’s really good. It’s like a dip when adding more avocado. Here’s a copy of the dressing.
