That loaf was lightly brushed with melted butter for the last two minutes of baking. Usually for everyday bread I don't.
Good treat for me is brushed with honey butter my fav.

That's one of the reasons I wanted to try making some. Someone on another thread figured they were getting a better deal buying them from a bread outlet store but I like knowing what's in my food. And honestly, they were simple. Plus, it's kind of fun to point at something and say "I made that"
