Any Home Bakers Here?

Yes, except as noted. I'm not that sensitive (as far as I know).

What I'm looking for is a way to make GF pasta at home. Hubby has gotten interested in making dough, and a hand mixer is WOEFULLY lacking! He's interested in a stand mixer (Kitchen Aid), and a pasta attachment would be really great. So I'm wondering if any GF pasta I could make at home would work with that...?
I'm in process of trying a recipe with bean flour. I raise a variety of dry beans and I just mix em' all together for the flour. I still have to cook the noodles to see if they're worth making again.

Please let me know!

I've had bean flour noodles, or maybe they were chickpea? Anyway, they were... ok...ish. I have to forget what regular pasta is like, and drop all expectations of then being like a wheat pasta.

Hubby would try them if he were starving. Maybe.
