Concerned about chick hatching out of egg

I have a hen hatching eggs and 1 egg has hatched fine. The 2nd egg the chick pipped last night and when I checked this morning it's beak is out of egg and chick is peeping but has not started zipping yet. The egg looks like the momma hen has sat on it and squished part of it in on the side. Will this make it hard for the chick to get out? Should I just sit and wait????
 
Wait for a bit. A squished shell might make it easier to zip. Some chicks take awhile to absorb and gain the energy to zip. Help if needed later.
