Diagnose My Egg

I caved and cracked the egg that she removed 3-4 days ago and this is what I found.. Anyone know what it means or if it was even fertile?





 
Highly doubt it was fertile or able to live for long if so, a collection of blackish dots is certainly not normal development. Think your girl was spot-on to remove that so early. There's a chance it's contagious so best to make sure it doesn't come into contact with other eggs or birds.
