Impacted crop?

I hope someone can tell based on this pic. My girl went to bed like this and was still like this first thing this morning. Is it impacted crop or something else? What should I be doing for her? I have also watched her randomly stretch her head up and it seems to me like she's trying to throw up with the motion she does when she brings her head back down. I really hope it's nothing serious, I'd hate to lose any of my hens!
