Worms do slow down and quit moving as they get close to pupating. Not sure if that's it or not...topped off my tub with wheat bran yesterday worms don't seem to be moving around as much when I stir the meal up I see movement is this normal?

Bran doesn't have DE in, and not all chicken feeds do. But if you use chicken feed, read the ingredients before using for meal worms.thanks just hope this bran is good didn't see anything on the bag (de or anything)

Sorry for delay had some crazy stuff happen at the apartment complex i manage.topped off my tub with wheat bran yesterday worms don't seem to be moving around as much when I stir the meal up I see movement is this normal?
So, I started my mealworms. I've had them a few months, it was during the winter and my beetles died, I kept the frass in case there were eggs, luckily there were eggs and now things are really going. I Have oats and wheat bran in the bins. All of The frass is turning into something like a silky web clump. I think something else laid eggs in my drawers! Anyone have any suggestions? Should I dump everything? I'm worried about what might be in here. I just don't know if that silky clumpy stuff is normal?
