Hatching Malfunction - Incubated Chick *PICTURE*

I like the concept, because it seems easier. Do the eggs still receive proper air flow though? Also, I'm worried it wouldn't replicate how a broody hen would tend to her clutch of eggs.
It would be the same as having a turner. I have a turner but I know some have said you can still open the incubator to have that fresh air flow and cool down even for just a minute or so. Turning all at once or the turner just helps to not handle all the eggs so much. Turner is good if you are busy or tend to forget..lol

Okay out of my four eggs due to hatch, every chick pipped on the wrong end of the egg! Two died before I could do anything. I'm assuming because of becoming too dry and lack of air into their small pip hole. The other two I assisted, I just couldn't resist! One is thriving well. The other is really fatigued because it struggled for so long after it pipped. Why are all my chicks pipping upside down? If anyone has ideas why I would appreciate it! Thanks.
I had all my eggs in the turner with fat end up and then lockdown in egg cartons and still had 2 wrong pips. Not sure why they do it. Were your eggs shipped? Also I'm being told sticky chicks are from too high humidity. I guess I have misunderstood about lockdown and I need to keep my humidity below 60 and days prior dry hatch. Hope your 2 chicks are doing good!
