Cutting Wings

Don't forget depending on breed their flight ability should decrease as they hit adulthood.

A heavy breed will reach a stage in adolescence where they are physically mature enough to fly well and not yet fat enough to weigh them down.

So as their body fills out their flight ability may decrease enough to no longer be a concern to you.

If you are going to clip them do the primary fight feathers on one wing. The goal is to make them unbalanced when they try and fly so they quit doing it, which is why you do just one wing.
